*TIME
I forgot to mention this yesterday…
- Throughout the day, each Time I told Sylvia the "Time" and "Date", I saw the word "August" instantly appear in my mind just before I found the word "July".
I don't know if this means we're really in "August" and not "July"… or it may mean something meaningful will happen next month. Only Time will tell.
*SYNTHESIZER
- My point to this Section is to show the very easy and seamless alignments Sylvia and I had today, which allowed us to bring home a new piece of music gear.
- So I'm mentioning all this because of the "Alignments" and maybe this is now being noticed by others in "their" lives. I'm also mentioning this because this lining-up of many different types of energies just doesn't happen in this way for us… usually.
I think I've mentioned that it was 3 or 4-months ago, when Sylvia convinced me that I wouldn't be happy with any new Synthesizer until we owned a "Modular" Synthesizer. So we began our journey into the world of "Eurorack Modular Synthesizers" by purchasing the 1st thing required: "the case".
Here's a link to the case we bought (yes, they're expensive but good things usually are):

About 3-weeks ago, Sylvia and I were in the local Guitar Center store. We told the Manager that we're thinking about buying an the "Double Helix Oscillator", made by "Pittsburgh Modular". He told us a few of the employees from some of their stores were showing products at this year's Moogfest and they had some Pittsburgh Modular gear there. When that expo was over, another store took that Modular Synthesizer back with them. We asked if he could get "some" or "all" of those items in "his" store and he said he'd look into it.
- Because our small town isn't as "trend-setting" as New York or Los Angeles, this local store isn't able to get most of the items Sylvia and I would like to see in this store. So we weren't convinced they could get these items any Time soon.
Last week, Sylvia and I decided to purchase our 1st Module: the "Double Helix Oscillator". At that Time, we made an extra payment on the Guitar Center Credit Card. In this way, we would have just enough to buy that Oscillator.
Because my "Reasoning" still isn't what it should be, even after these 329-weeks, I thought I'd better check on some of the details we'll be working with tomorrow. When I checked the Credit Card's "spendable amount" it only showed $37. What? What happened to that extra payment we made? So I phoned them up.
We were told that the payment still had another 4 or 5 days before it was "cleared" (verified). I mentioned that we can't purchase that new piece of music gear. The Credit Card person asked if we'd like to be considered for a higher spending limit. (It's currently at $900.) I said that would be fine but do we have to do it online? She said no and that she could take care of it over the phone. I asked her what type of information she needed. She said she just needed me to tell her our yearly income. I gave her the number and she then she asked how much do we want the new spending limit to be. I said "$1,200. Without hesitation, she said: "You're approved." I asked how long will it take before we can use that new amount. She said it's available now. I said when we will see it online? She said, "Just click Refresh and you'll see it." (Now THAT'S fast.)
So we drove across town to Guitar Center. We asked our Salesperson if they received the Modular Synthesizer Modules. He said "yes". He brought them out of the Stock Room and opened the shipping boxes. They must have just gotten them in… maybe yesterday.
Not only did that store get those Moogfest demo pieces but they also received a few "new" Modules. All from "Pittsburgh Modular". ONE of those new items was the… "Double Helix Oscillator".
I told the Salesperson… The only obstacle now is the "price". He said their company was having an Anniversary Sale but we'd have to spend $50 more, in order to get $100 off. THAT was an interesting "problem". After several minutes of looking around the Drum Department, I found a Bass Drum Beater which will replace the one that broke several months ago. I also found a pair of "Ahead" Drumsticks that I've always wanted to try. They're made of hollow plastic and aluminum and, if they break, they're designed to be unscrewed and replaced with new pieces.
Sylvia and I just couldn't believe how well everything "just worked" today and it's been a VERY long Time since we last went to Guitar Center and walked out with ALL the items we purchased.

CROP CIRCLE
This was sent to me by K.K. (who's on this list) thank you.
I had seen this particular Crop Circle a few days ago but didn't think a lot about it. In the following 9-minute video, however, the 2 people talking about it shed a LOT of light on what this Crop Circle "may" actually represent.
Question everything.
